Not us on the Gulf Coast recovering from Katrina, that's for sure. Mr. Wicker truely reflects "a lack of understanding of the characteristics and security concerns unique to passenger rail systems in general, and Amtrak in particular." His efforts would serve us better to restore passenger rail service, not further impede it.
