Yes, she is the head of the Md Motor Truck Association - but its also important to note that she was first appointed to head the Md Motor Vehicle Administration by Maryland's former governor (and Smart Growth hero) Parris Glendening. Like a lot of good people, she was then moved out by Republican Gov. Bob Ehrlich. In my work with her as Dep Director of the Baltimore City Department of Transportation, I've always found Anne to be fair, open-minded and never shy to call out truckers for not following the law.
