What about bikes? If you want to take a bike on a train in the NE Corrider on Amtrak, you have to put it in a frickin bike box. That frustrates the $hit out of me. But, great, we can bring ammo. The Feds (elected by us) already decided to spend 10% of Federal transportation funds (paid by us) on alternatives to driving (for us); Klobuchar wanted to actively block that in her state, and suck up the mandated alternative transit funds back into highways.
