		<description>Some money that was provided to cities has been used to create bicycle paths in areas that previously had track. Why they didn&#039;t invest in light rail is the question  many lower income citizens ask. But money leads the way and they want to ride their bicycles. 

My suggestion is that they create a shared path for pedestrians, bicyclists and light rail that is safe. Authority says no that its unsafe and I say pedestrians are using these ways already. Find a safe shared way and everybody will be better off.</description>
