Why they didn't invest in light rail is the question many lower income citizens ask. But money leads the way and they want to ride their bicycles. My suggestion is that they create a shared path for pedestrians, bicyclists and light rail that is safe. Authority says no that its unsafe and I say pedestrians are using these ways already.
